- Dispatch Time: Our team typically processes and dispatches all orders within a window of 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery Timeline: You can expect your premium wellness package to arrive within 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Shipping Charges: For standard deliveries, a nominal fee of ₹60 applies. However, we are delighted to offer complimentary shipping on all orders valued above ₹600.
2. Delivery & Tracking
Once our system successfully logs your order, every product is thoroughly inspected to ensure it leaves our facility in pristine condition. After passing our rigorous quality checks, items are securely packed and transferred to our trusted logistics partners.
Following dispatch, an automated email containing your tracking number and courier details will be sent to you. You may begin tracking the status of your shipment approximately 24 hours after it leaves our warehouse.
Our couriers strive to complete the delivery at the earliest possible time. Should they encounter any difficulties locating your address or arriving at a suitable hour, they will contact you directly via phone to coordinate a successful handover.
3. Return Eligibility
Because we specialize in plant-based, consumable food and wellness items, our products generally do not qualify for standard returns or refunds. Nevertheless, guided by our core philosophy of ‘Serving You, Earth’s Love’, we genuinely review and honor authentic customer concerns. You have a 10-day window following the receipt of your order to submit a return request.
Eligibility Requirements
- The item must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original condition alongside all packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as your order receipt or invoice) must be provided.
- Perishable food items and personal care goods cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We strongly advise inspecting your package immediately upon arrival. If the item is damaged during transit or if you have received the incorrect product, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Important Notice: To process a replacement or refund claim successfully, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence documenting the damage or the wrong item received.
5. Refund & Exchange Process
All returned items undergo a thorough inspection upon arriving at our facility. If your claim is validated and approved, we will initiate the refund process within 3 to 5 working days from the date of receipt.
- Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original method of payment.
- Our internal approval process generally takes 1 to 3 business days.
- Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
Exchanges
To ensure the fastest possible resolution, we recommend returning the affected item and separately placing a brand-new order on our website once the return has been approved.
